To position a 1,500+ acre industrial property as a premier global destination for a major manufacturer, the core challenge was turning vast regional potential and technical infrastructure into a compelling digital narrative. We needed to present complex site data—such as master plans, utility capabilities, labor metrics, and multi-modal transit access—in a clean, engaging web experience. The site had to instantly communicate value to corporate decision-makers and site selectors worldwide, balancing dense economic development specs with an intuitive, visually driven user experience that drives inquiries.
