Our Challenge
Cognilive needed a digital presence that could communicate something deeply personal: support should never feel one-size-fits-all. With multiple care options—from in-home and supported apartment services to live-in support—the challenge was to turn a complex range of services into a website that felt clear, approachable, and human. We needed to create an experience that could speak simultaneously to individuals, families, caregivers, and referral partners while reinforcing Cognilive’s core promise of independence, choice, and community.
